Terms & Conditions

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using Lapser Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the software.

License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lapser Studio on one (1) Mac computer for personal or commercial use. This license is perpetual and does not expire.

What You Can Do

  • Activate Lapser Studio on one (1) Mac computer
  • Use Lapser Studio for personal or commercial projects
  • Create and export unlimited timelapses

What You Cannot Do

  • Share your license key with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Lapser Studio
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices from the software
  • Use Lapser Studio for any illegal purposes

License Activation

Lapser Studio requires license key activation. Each license key can be activated on 1 Mac computer.

Updates

Your license includes free automatic updates to Lapser Studio. We may release updates that add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Major version upgrades may be offered as separate products.

Support

Your purchase includes email support. We'll make reasonable efforts to respond to support inquiries within 48 business hours.

Ownership

Lapser Studio is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in Lapser Studio, including all intellectual property rights. Your license does not grant you any ownership of the software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lapser Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that Lapser Studio will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF LAPSER Studio.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to Lapser Studio shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Recording Consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and use any content captured with Lapser Studio. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding recording, including obtaining necessary consents from individuals who may be recorded.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using Lapser Studio and delete all copies from your computers.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Lapser Studio after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. For customers in the European Union, you also have the protections afforded by mandatory provisions of your local consumer protection laws.
