14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Lapser Studio. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

EU/EEA customers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date without providing any reason. This policy meets that requirement. Please note that the 14-day period begins on your purchase date, regardless of when you activate your license key.

If you activate your license key, you acknowledge that Lapser Studio is being delivered to you immediately. You may still request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@lapser.studio with:

  • Your order number or purchase email
  • Brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days, back to your original payment method. Please be aware that original payment fees are not returned.

License Deactivation

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and you'll need to uninstall Lapser Studio from your Mac(s).
